Times are tough right now for thermal producers. Yet it is times like these that provide leaders with unique opportunities to innovate and drive the industry as a whole to higher levels of efficiency. As Winston Churchill once said, “Never let a good crisis go to waste.” This talk will focus on new approaches operators are using to find more opportunity beyond their initial efforts to reduce the cost of production and development and boost energy efficiency, along with strategies for realizing this opportunity while maintaining or growing rates and reliability.

The technical panel will discuss their experiences with reducing costs and increasing profitability through technology initiatives, collaboration, process optimizations, and by developing a culture of accountability.
